人民币升值对浙江经济的影响

摘要

2005年7月21日起，中国人民银行宣布了我国开始实行以市场供求为主，参考一篮子货币进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度，形成了更富弹性的人民币汇率机制，从此人民币不再单一地只盯住美圆，人民币相对美圆的价格升值2%即1美圆可兑8.11人民币，这拉开了中国人民币升值这一经济现象的序幕。人民币的升值使浙江的经济面临两面截然相反的影响：一方面有利于优化浙江经济的产业结构，扩大市场,带动经济的发展；另一方面，人民币的升值不利于出口，引进外资等使浙江的行业面临严峻的考验。通过分析升值带来的正面和负面效应，提出解决的方法，使经济能持续稳定发展是文章的主要目的。

Renminbi revaluation to Zhejiang economy influence

ABSTRACT

People’s bank of China announced our country starts to implement by the market supply and demand primarily, and refers to a basket currency to carry on the adjustment、Has the management floating exchange rate system on the day of July 21th,2005,that will formed the richer elastic Renminbi exchange rate mechanism,from this time on the Renminbi no longer only observes closely US dollar solely, Renminbi relative US dollar price appreciation 2% namely 1 Us dollar may exchange 8.11 RMB,and this pulled open the Chinese Renminbi to revalue this econmic phenomena prologue.The Renminbi revaluation causes Zhejiang’s economic faced with the both sides clearly opposite influence: on the one hand it will advantaged in optimizing the industrial structure of the Zhejiang economic,expands the market,the impetus economy development:on the other hand,the Renminbi revaluation does not favor the exportation, the introduction foreign capital and so on ,it will causes Zhejiang’s profession faced with the stern test.Frontage and negative effect brings which through the analysis revaluation, proposes the sulution method,enables the economy to continue the stable development is the article main purpose.
