对宁波出口加工企业现状与发展的研究

摘 要

 改革开放以来，我国对外贸易有了突飞猛进的发展。截至2008年底，我国进出口总额已达25616亿美元，连续5年保持15%以上的高速增长。在我国外贸总量从改革开放之初1979年的全球排名第32位，上升到2008年的第3位，出口加工区发挥了巨大的作用。
 本文以宁波出口加工企业为研究对象，了解宁波出口加工企业的现状及发展水平，结合国内外相关的理论研究找出解决宁波出口加工企业面临问题的有效途径，通过阐明技术创新的基本知识，分析宁波出口加工企业的技术创新障碍，找出解决问题的发展对策，得出相应的结论。

ABSTRACT
 
  Ever since the economic reform of our country in 1979, our foreign trade has grown by leaps and bounds which is exemplified by the fact that by the end of 2008, our imports and exports totaled US$25616 billion, registering an annual growth rate of over 15% for 5 consecutive years. During the period in which China has evolved from the 32rd place in 1979 to the 3rd place in 2008, the Export Processing Area has placed a very important role.
 Ningbo Export processing enterprises are studied in this article ,which will help us to understand the Status and development of these enterprises.At the same time.I will combine some Domestic and foreign-related theoretical research and  find out some effective way to solve the problems which the Ningbo Export processing enterprises face to.With the understanding of technological innovation and the analysis of barriers to technological innovation of SMEs, we will reach conclusion and  some countermeasures will be made.
