浅析中国汽车行业的供应链问题

摘  要

 全球经济一体化，国内竞争国际化，技术进步尤其是信息技术的飞速发展都使企业的经营环境变得高度动态、复杂和多变，企业和企业之间的竞争已逐渐演变成为供应链与供应链之间的竞争。因此，直面供应链问题并提高供应链管理能力是现代企业所要面对和解决的问题。
 本文主要研究如何应对我国国内汽车供应链管理目前存在的一些问题。首先，我们从国内汽车供应链管理的现状进行分析；其次说明国内汽车供应链存在的一些问题。最后，在总结前人经验的基础上，结合我国汽车供应链管理的实际情况阐述该如何解决这些问题，并提出了一些切实有效的政策和措施。

BRIEF ANALYSIS THE PROBLEM OF CHINA AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY SUPPLY CHAIN

ABSTRACT
 Global economic integration, domestic competition internationalization,  technology advancement in particularly the information technology rapid development all make the enterprise management environment to change highly dynamic, complex and changeable, The competition of business enterprise and business enterprise has gradually evolved into the competition of supply chain and supply chain. Therefore, the question modern enterprise must face and solute is facing the supply chain question directly and enhance the supply chain management ability.
 This text mainly studies how to reply some currently problems of our domestic automobile supply chain management. First, we analysis the domestic automobile supply chain management from the status quo ; Then explain several existent problems of domestic automobile supply chain. Finally, on the basis of summing up the experience of our predecessors, we contact the actual situation in domestic automobile supply chain management on how to reasonably prevent these trade barriers, and made a number of effective policies and measures.
