高层管理人员年薪支付方式的研究

摘  要

    年薪制是一种国际上较为通用的支付企业经营者薪金的方式，它是以年度为考核周期，把经营者的工资收入与企业经营业绩挂钩的一种工资分配方式。通常包括基本收入和效益收入两部分。确定年薪的方法很多，但大多是采取基本薪金加风险收入的办法。本文通过对有关年薪及高管激励机制的相关研究与报道资料、有关年薪支付方式的相关讨论资料或案例资料的收集，结合近年来有关企业实行年薪制的追踪报道及相关案例，分别从投资者及企业高管的角度出发，在研究企业对高层管理人员进行激励的基础上，讨论实行年薪制的作用以及不同支付方式可能产生的影响。探讨出比较合理的高层管理人员的年薪支付方式，供借鉴参考，希望能为一些相关企业提供些启示和有益的帮助。

ABSTRACT
 
 
 The annual salary system, which is base on the annual cycle, is a universal method to pay for the operator of the firm and associate the operator’s salary with the firm’s performance. It consists of basic income and benefit income. There are a lot of methods to determine the annual salary, but usually using the method of basic salary and venture income. According to collect the report and information of the annual salary, executives incentive mechanism and the annual salary payment, the article, which is base on incentive measures of the firm with senior manager, discusses the impact of implementing the annual system and various payment. We finally arrive at a conclusion on the senior manager’s annual salary system .This article is in the hope of providing domestic enterprises some useful insights and help.
