我国经济型酒店业发展状况探析

摘要

      经济型酒店又称为有限服务酒店，是在传统星级酒店基础上发展出来的一种强化客房功能、弱化附属设施，以大众和商务者、旅行者及学生群体为主要服务对象，以干净、舒适、实惠、方便为产品特征的新型酒店。
 随着国内经济和旅游业的蓬勃发展，随着2010年上海世博会的到来，我国经济型酒店将迎来前所未有的发展机遇。近十年来，国内的经济型酒店管理公司和经济型饭店品牌不断出现，国外各大著名饭店集团下的经济型酒店品牌也陆续进入国内市场并加快了其扩张的步伐，因此引发了一场经济型酒店投资和兴建的热潮。如今，国内经济型酒店市场已经基本结束了开始成长阶段，步入了新的整合拓展阶段。
 随着经济型酒店的发展，在其市场需求的刺激和竞争优势的驱动下，我国经济型酒店必然将进入一个连锁经营模式的趋势。
 基于经济型酒店的重要性，本文分析了我国经济型酒店的发展概况和市场定位，探讨了经济型酒店的竞争优势，最后提出了发展对策。

ABSTRACT

 Hotels, also known as limited service hotels, which are in the traditional star hotel developed on the basis of an enhanced room out of function, weakening the ancillary facilities to the public and business, the traveler and student groups to serve primarily to clean, comfortable, affordable, convenient product features for the new hotel.
 With the domestic economy and tourism booming in 2010 with the advent of the World Expo Shanghai, China's economy hotel will usher in unprecedented opportunities for development. Over the past decade, the domestic economy hotel management companies and economic-type hotel brands continue to appear in major well-known abroad under the Hotel Group brand hotels also have access to the domestic market and to accelerate the pace of its expansion, it led to an economic hotel investment and construction boom. Today, the domestic economy hotel market has basically put an end to the beginning of the growth stage, the integration into a new phase of expansion.
 With the development of budget hotels in the stimulation of market demand and drive competitive advantage, China's economy is bound to enter a hotel chain business model trend.
