台商投资对武汉就业数量和质量影响的实证分析

摘要

 随着“中部崛起”的提出，湖北作为中部地区的重要省份，加快了对外开放的步伐，外资的流入也随之增加，规模不断扩大，其中以台商投资最为突出。本文主要研究台商投资对武汉就业数量和质量的影响。
 首先，本文描述了近几年台商投资在武汉的状况，分别从台商投资的归模、投资区域、投资对武汉产业结构的影响和投资动机的转变，分析了台商投资的特点。
 其次，分析了台商投资对武汉市就业数量的影响。首先分析了台商投资对武汉就业就业结构变化的作用机理和影响程度。接着通过建立回归模型，通过对模型的检验而得出了台商投资对武汉就业数量主要产生了的影响。
 接着，分析了台商投资对武汉市就业质量的影响。分别从台商投资对行业结构、就业学历结构和武汉当地企业工资水平的影响分析了就业质量效应。
 最后，得出台商投资带来了武汉当地就业的扩大和劳动力素质的提高的结论。结合武汉市的实际情况提出改善投资环境，完善市场经济体制，促进当地企业和外企的联系加强国有企业改革等改进政策。

 ABSTRACT

     With the implement of the concept of "Rise of Central China"， Hubei province， which is important in the central of China， quicken the pace to opening up， increasing and expanding the introduction of foreign capital. The most prominent foreign investment in Wuhan is Taiwan investment. This paper studies how the Taiwan investment affects on the employment structure of Wuhan.
     First， this paper describes the situation the Taiwan investment in recent years in Wuhan. Respectively， it states the scale of Taiwan investment， the region of Taiwan investment, the influence investment in Wuhan industrial structure and transform of the investment motive to represent the features of Taiwan investment in Wuhan.
     Second, this paper analyses the impact of Taiwanese investment on the employment quantity in Wuhan. Firstly, the paper states the factors that Taiwan investment act in the employment structure in Wuhan and effect extend that the investment impact on. Then the paper uses regression models to test the effect extend that Taiwan investment act on employment levels in Wuhan.
      Third, it also analyses the impact of Taiwanese investment on the employment quality in Wuhan. From the points of Taiwan investment effect on the industry structure， employment educational structure and wages of local business to analyses the quality of employment effects.
      Finally，it conclude that Taiwanese investment has the positive effect on the employment quantity and quality in Wuhan. According to the analysis in the paper， it come up with the policy that include improve the investment environment， improve the market economic system, promote the links between local enterprises and foreign enterprises, and upgrade the Wuhan state-owned enterprises.
