慈溪家电产业集群的发展状况和发展策略研究

摘  要
       
        改革开放30年以来，由于产业集群的发展,慈溪经济实现了很大的飞跃。多年来，以中小企业为主体，特色产业为支柱的专业化产业集群的发展对慈溪经济的发展起到了至关重要的推动作用，其中家电产业集群是这些特色产业的典型代表。本文简要介绍慈溪经济发展的总体特征，并着重分析论证慈溪家电产业集群的发展优势和不足，深入认识慈溪产业集群中存在的低技术含量、品牌缺失、企业规模小、布局相对分散、相互间的协作能力差等相关问题，并总结出产业升级的策略，以此来提高以家电产业为代表的特色产业的整体竞争力。

ABSTRACT

 After 30 years of reform and opening up, due to the development of industrial clusters, Cixi's economy has a great leap forward. Over the years, the specialized industrial cluster development with features as small and medium enterprises as the mainstay and  characteristics industry as the pillar industry played a crucial role in promoting the development of Cixi’s economy. And the  household electrical appliances industry clusters is the typical of the characteristics industry. The paper will briefly introduce the features of Cixi’s economy and focus on the strengths and weaknesses of  the development of household electrical appliance , analyze the problems such as low-tech content, the missing brand, small-scale enterprises, the layout of the relative dispersion, inter-related issues and poor coordination ability in the development of  Cixi industry clusters. And sum up the strategy of industrial upgrading in order to improve the home electrical appliance industry, as represented by the characteristics of the overall competitiveness of industry.
