浅析台州的民营企业文化

 随着知识经济和经济全球化的发展，企业之间的竞争越来越表现为文化的竞争，企业文化对企业的生存和发展的作用越来越大，成为企业竞争力的基石和决定企业兴衰的关键因素。自改革开放以来，台州民营经济迅猛发展，已延伸到各个领域，其快速发展的一个关键因素在于台州颇具特色的民营企业文化建设。本文首先对企业文化进行概述，然后介绍了浙江和台州民营企业文化建设的现状，之后以东港工贸集团为典型案例，对其制度创新、发展战略、文化建设以及塑立形象等各方面进行全方位的深入剖析，最后，归纳总结东港集团的企业文化建设对其他民营企业的重要借鉴意义并就如何推动台州民营企业文化建设提出了相关措施。

 ABSTRACT

 With the development of knowledge economy and the economic globalization, competition among enterprises increasing as a cultural performance competition, corporate culture is going to become the cornerstone of the competitiveness of enterprises and be a key factor of deciding rise and fall . Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of private economy in Taizhou, have been extended to various fields, and the key factor of its rapid development is the distinctive culture in Taizhou private enterprises. In this paper, first overview the enterprise culture, and then introduced the status of cultural construction in the private enterprises of Taizhou and Zhejiang, followed take the Donggang Kong Industry &amp Trade Group as a typical case, and carry out all-in-depth analysis on its system of innovation, development strategies, cultural construction, as well as the image of plastic and other legislation ; and finally, summarized the important reference of enterprise culture that Donggang Group building to other private enterprises and put forward valuable suggestions on how to promote the culture of private enterprises in Taizhou.
