试论台州民营造船业的国际竞争力

摘  要
船舶工业是我国重要的国民经济发展产业。浙江台州民营造船业是我国第二大民营造船基地，在浙江省船舶修造服务、修造吨位、船舶种类、建造能力、年产值等方面排名第一。
 本文利用波特的“钻石模型”理论，主要从浙江台州民营造船业的要素状况、国内外需求、相关及支持性产业、企业战略竞争结构等四个关键要素以及政府政策和机遇两个辅助性要素等因素，及在某些因素上与国内上海，国外日本的造船业进行对比，综合分析浙江民营造船业在国际竞争中所存在的竞争优势和竞争劣势，并提出若干台州民营造船业发展的建议。

The trying analysis of the international competitive power in Zhejiang Taizhou privately
 operated ship-building industry
 
 ABSTRACT
 The ships industry is important national economy development industry. The Zhejiang Taizhou privately operated ship-building industry is in our country second big privately operated shipbuilding base,and Simultaneously rangs  the first place in Zhejiang at the aspects of shipbuilding service, ship type construction ability ,tonnage,annual production and so on .
 This paper useing “the diamond model” theory, mainly from the essential factor condition, the domestic and foreign demands, the correlation and supporting industrial, the enterprise strategy competition structure and so on four essential factors of the Zhejiang Taizhou privately operated ship-building industry and as well as government policy and opportunity two auxiliary essential factor,  and in certain factors on the contrast with domestic Shanghai, the overseas Japan's ship-building industry, analysis Zhejiang privately operated ship-building industry the competitive advantage and the competition inferiority in the international competition.
