剖析明基西门子的短暂“国际婚姻”——谈中国企业“走出去”应注意的问题

摘  要

 中国企业的“走出去”战略是在我国多年来引进境外资金及技术并积极开展对外贸易的基础上，进一步开拓国际市场和利用境外资源，从而提高我国企业的国际竞争力，促进我国经济发展的经营战略举措，不仅能够使我国企业在经济全球化的大潮中能够接受挑战和考验，而且还可以不断巩固和扩大我国企业在国际市场上的地位。本文综合了当前多数学者对中国企业海外并购失败的原因及对策的分析，对明基并购西门子手机业务进行了案例研究，并作了简要的评价，提出了笔者针对中国企业实施“走出去”战略的一些建议。

ABSTRACT

 “Walking out” be many in the last years usher in the offshore funds and technique in the our country and open the exhibition foreign trade actively of foundation up, expand an international market and make use of an offshore resources further, raise the international competition ability of the our country business enterprise thus, promote the development of the our country economy, can make the our country accept challenge and test in the big tide of the economic globalization, make stronger continuously an our country the position in international market with the extension. This passage composites most experts’ opinions about “Walking out”. The writer evaluates these ideas and also makes some suggestions.
