中部地区吸引外商直接投资问题及策略探讨

摘   要

      改革开放20多年来，东部沿海地区率先发展，同中西部地区的经济差距总体上呈现扩大趋势。随着西部大开发和东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略的实施，西部地区的经济与社会出现加快发展的良好势头，老工业基地也正雄风重振。在此形势下，中部地区的经济增长、结构转型所面临的压力增大，发展速度相对趋缓。按照科学发展观，统筹地区间协调发展，促进中部地区崛起，已成为国家区域经济发展战略的重大问题。
从第一届中国中部投资贸易博览会的召开可以看出中部地区吸引外资对中部崛起起着重要的作用。本文从中部地区吸引外商直接投资这个角度，在中部地区吸引外商投资现状的前提条件下，分析了中部地区吸引外商直接投资的现状及其存在的问题、外商直接投资对中部地区经济的影响以及中部地区吸引外商直接投资的优势，最后提出了吸引外商直接投资的策略。

Abstract

We place priority on the development of east seaside area of our country, which leads to the enlarging distance between the East and Middle West areas since more than 20 years of opening and reform policy. With the implement of strategies of the great development of the West and the rebuild of the East North original industrial basement, the economy and society in West are coming to signs of accelerating development, while the original industrial basement is being constructed to return to its golden times. Under such trend, the pressure of the increase of the economy and transformation of the structure that the Middle Area   faces is becoming heavier. So, the speed of the development of middle areas is relatively slow. According to the view of scientific development, it has become a great question of strategies for nation economic development in different areas to harmony the development of different areas and to improve the Rising of the Middle Areas.  
From the first convention of investment and trade exposition in Middle Area of China, we can see that attracting foreign investment plays an important role in the Rising of the Middle Area. In the condition of  Middle Area  attracting foreign direct investment status, this essay will analyze the reason why Middle Area is lack of attracting foreign direct investment，put forward the strategies of attracting foreign direct investment  from the perspective of the Middle Area .
