中国-东盟自贸区对中国的贸易利益和代价分析

摘    要

       2002年11月4日，中国与东盟十国领导人共同签署了“全面经济合作框架协议”，标志着中国—东盟自由贸易区（10+1）模式框架的形成，它在东亚及全球范围内引起了广泛的关注。
在过去的四年中，这一协议的实施在给我国带来巨大贸易利益的同时也对国内产业造成了一定程度的冲击.本文第一部分分析了2002至今中国与东盟十国的贸易概况，第二部分分析了中国-东盟自贸区给中国带来的主要贸易利益，第三部分分析了中国-东盟自贸区对中国贸易带来的冲击，第四部分对中国在中国-东盟自由贸易区主要问题上提出了若干建议。

Abstract

 The ASEAN and Chinese leaders signed, on November 4th 2002, the Framework Agreement on ASEAN-China Economic Cooperation which will serve as the fulcrum for establishing the free-trade area by 2010 for the older ASEAN members and 2015 for the newer members with flexibility on sensitive commodities. The event stirred extensive attention from home and abroad.
In the past four years, the implementation of the above stated Agreement has brought China great impacts on its trade as well as immense benefits. This essay, in four parts, is to analyze the benefits and impacts China gained from the Agreement on ASEAN-China Economic Cooperation .Part one states the general situation of Chinese trade with Asian; part two describes the trade benefits China gained from Agreement on ASEAN-China Economic Cooperation; part three accounts the impacts on Chinese trade; part four offers some proposals on the construction of ASEAN-China free-trade area.
