借鉴美国经验完善我国对外投资保险制度研究

摘   要

     随着国际对外直接投资活动的活跃，为保护本国对外投资，各国纷纷建立起对外投资保险制度。最早建立的美国对外投资保险制度比较完善，它对于其他各国尤其是尚属发展中国家的中国有着借鉴意义。近年来，我国更多的企业也加入到对外投资的队伍中来，而对外投资保险制度已成为影响我国对外直接投资进一步发展的因素之一。因此,我们急需借鉴外国先进经验尤其是美国对外投资保险制度来完善我国相应制度。本文首先介绍了美国对外投资保险制度，进一步分析我国建立企业对外投资保险制度必要性与紧迫性，分析我国企业对外投资保险制度的现状以及存在的主要问题，最后借鉴美国模式结合我国国情提出进一步完善我国企业对外投资的保险制度的相应对策，以保证我国企业对外投资的顺利发展。

Abstract

With the active development of international investment, many countries have established their own insurance system of external investment in order to protect external investment. American Insurance System of External Investment was the earliest and perfect,so that it could be used by other countries for reference,especially by the developing countries.
Quite a number of Chinese corporations are beginning their external investment.Therefore,insurance system of external investment has become one of the most important ingredients which influenced China external investment. Currently, using American experience and founding our insurance system of external investment has become pressing.
This article introduced the American Insurance System of External Investment firstly. Further, t mainly pointed out the pressure and need of founding our insurance system of external investment, then analyzed the actuality and problems deeply. Finally, adopting American experience for reference,it puts forward the suitable countermeasures of founding our corporations’ insurance system of external investment.
