论微软案中的网络经济现象

摘    要
      随着因特网在现实生活中各个领域的普遍应用，网络已与人们的生活紧密相连，而在经济领域当中，网络的重要性也是不言而喻的，在长时间的网络经济活动中极具代表性的经济案件屡见不鲜。
本文通过研究讨论一个典型网络经济案件——微软案，从而揭示了网络经济规律对经济活动的影响和重要作用，文章从经济角度入手更深层次的分析了网络经济的各种相关问题及知识，同时也阐述了该经济现象的特殊性之所在，体现了网络经济的内涵。
本文以案例再现、提取现象、分析现象、得出规律启示的顺序脉络展开，第一部分介绍了微软案的整个来龙去脉，第二部分则主要提出了该案存在的焦点及重点问题，第三部分便是针对第二部分提出的一系列经济现象进行的网络经济分析，发现其中的经济规律，从而得到启示，最后进一步揭示了网络经济规律的重要作用及其对经济环境的影响。

Abstracts

With the general application of Internet in different areas of our life, networks are closed involved with people’s life. In the economical aspect, the importance of Internet is self-evident. And in the field of network economic activities, the representative economical case is a common occurrence.
This paper discusses a typical network economical case----the Microsoft case, and promulgates the vital role which the net work economic law plays in the economic activity. From the economical angle, this paper obtains deeper level of understanding of each kind of related questions and knowledge in network economy. And at the same time, it also elaborates the particularity of the economic phenomena so as to further manifest the connotation of the network economy.
According to the reoccurrence of the case, examing and analyzing the phenomenon, the paper develops its analysis based on the revealed regulation and order. In the first part of the paper, the author briefly introduces the background of the Microsoft case, while the second part extracts the focal point and the key question of the case. Using the basic principles of the network economy, the third part emphatically makes analysis of the economic law, thus further promulgating the vital role which the net work economic law plays in the economic activity.
