中小型企业设备更新的技术经济分析与决策

摘  要：设备是生产力发展的重要因素，是企业进行生产活动的重要物质基础。设备的好坏直接影响到企业的发展，是企业急需关注的问题。
 现在，有许多中小企业的设备面临着设备生产能力不足、效率低下等问题，这些都阻碍了企业的未来发展，尤其是在竞争日益激烈的市场上，因此企业必须要建立起一套合理实用的设备管理机制，对设备的运行情况以及更新情况进行监控，及时调整设备的状态。
 近年来，随着技术经济学及其相关科学的发展，使设备更新的方法研究有了很大的发展。本文是从经济与技术相结合的角度来探讨设备的更新。文中介绍了设备的磨损及经济寿命的理论和计算方法以及设备的大维修、更换、技术改造等更新方法的决策。
 本文对设备管理中的技术经济分析与决策方法进行了探讨，认为应用设备的经济寿命的观念可以提高设备的经济性。本文为设备的经济决策提供了理论依据，为设备更新改造的策略选择提供了参考依据，可以用来指导企业进行设备经济管理。

Abstract：Equipments are the important factor of the development of productivity, also are the important material foundation of production. Equipments will have a direct impact on the development of enterprises, so need pay more attention to.
 Now, many small and medium-sized enterprises are facing the shortage of equipment production capacity and the equipment’s inefficient lowly etc., all of these will hinder the future development of enterprises. Especially in the increasingly competitive market, so enterprises must establish a set of   reasonable and practical equipment management mechanism, and supervision the circumstance of equipments’ operation and the updating, adjust equipments state timely.
 During recent years, as the developing of technical-economics and other interrelated subject, the study on the renewal methods for equipment has improved a lot. This paper attempts to analyze renewal decision of equipment combing economy and technology. It introduces the theories and calculating method of abrasion as well as economic life for equipment. And the overhaul, renew, Technological transformation for the decision of equipment renewing.
 This paper discussed the technical and economic analysis and the way of decision-making of the equipment management; it thought that it can improves economy ability of the equipment with the methods of equipment economic life. This paper provides the theory basis to economic decision-making of equipment; provides the theory basis to strategy of update and reconstructing equipment; it can guide company to manage equipment economically.
