摘  要

 网络虚拟货币本指非真实的货币。网络虚拟货币是网络经济下的一种新型货币形式，是特定商家预售商品的专用符号，是解决网上小额支付问题的理想模式之一。在虚拟跟现实有连接的情况下，网络虚拟货币有其现实价值。随着电子商务的迅猛发展，网络虚拟货币在经济活动中发挥着越来越重要的作用。网络虚拟货币的不断发展虽促进了金融市场的国际一体化以及实体经济的发展，但也使得中央银行在制定传统的货币政策和金融制度时受到了一定程度的影响。同时由于缺乏对之行之有效的监管，它对社会经济活动也产生了一定程度的影响。本文着重分析了网络虚拟货币的本质、现状及带来的影响，并就其当前所遇到的问题提出了相应的对策。

Abstract

    Virtual money that is not the real currency. Virtual money is the network economy under the new currency, a specific business of advance goods, was to solve the problem of online payment mode of ideals. In a virtual reality is there a connection with the virtual money has its practical value. As e-commerce, virtual money in economic activity is playing an increasingly important role. Virtual money to develop, promote the integration of international financial market and substantive economic development, but also makes the central bank in the formulation of monetary policy and financial system by a certain degree of influence. The lack of an effective supervision, social and economic activity was a degree of influence. This article mainly analyses the virtual the nature of currency, the status quo and the effects of, and its current problems presents the corresponding countermeasures.
