摘  要

 物流业是对网络化和信息化要求较高的行业，电子商务和信息技术飞速发展为物流，特别是给第三方物流业带来了空前的发展。本文以促进中国物流企业信息化、网络化和发展物流电子商务为目标，从现代物流、第三方物流的基本概念及物流业的发展现状入手，层层深入，结合第三方物流企业实际运作情况，分析了电子商务以及信息技术的发展对物流企业管理与运作所产生的深影响。
 然而，宝供集团以提高物流水平，降低物流成本。提高市场竞争能力为企业永恒的主题。所以本文通过对国内、国际经济发展趋势及目前物流企业现状分析，结合宝供物流企业集团的发展分析物流业电子商务化。

  The logistics industry is a networking and information technology demanding industry, the rapid development of e-commerce and information technology, logistics, especially to third-party logistics industry, has brought an unprecedented development. Paper in order to promote China's logistics business information, networking and development of logistics e-commerce goals, from modern logistics, the basic concept of third-party logistics and logistics industry in the development of the status quo start with layers of depth, combined with third-party logistics companies operate in practice, analysis of the development of e-commerce and information technology, enterprise management and operation of logistics arising from the deep impact.    However, the Po for the group to raise the level of logistics and reduce logistics costs. To improve market competitiveness is the eternal theme. Therefore, this paper, the domestic and international economic development trends and the current status of analysis of logistics enterprises, combined with Po for the Logistics Group analysis of the logistics industry in the development of e-commerce.
