摘　要
 
 个人创业指创业者个人或联合几人组成创业团队进行独立创建企业的活动。它是相对于公司创业而言的。其明显区别于公司创业的特点是：个人创业是从零开始创建一个企业实体。且企业产权完全属于个人，相应的由个人完全承担创业所带来的风险；而企业创业多指企业二次创业，是在原有基础上的提升或寻求业务的多元化，相应的风险也由企业承担。个人创业的风险是指创业者因各种主观、客观原因而使创业结果出现的不确定性，可分为共同风险和特有风险。共同风险是指所有创业类型都会有的风险，主要是指宏观环境的风险，包括产业政策、法律法规的约束限制、企业股权结构和团队风险等；特有风险是指每种创业类型由于其特点所特别具备的风险，包括市场风险、资金风险、潜在竞争者的风险等。国际金融危机产生的连锁反应如今已经作用于每一个人身上，就业艰难，收入下降，失业风险增加。

Abstract

 Individual entrepreneur entrepreneur means an individual or a joint venture composed of several teams to create an independent business activity. It is relative to the company's business purposes. Significantly different from companies whose business is characterized by: Individual business from scratch to create a business entity. And the enterprise property rights entirely personal, and the corresponding individual is fully committed to business risks; and more companies start the second start an enterprise is based on the original upgrade or seeking business diversification, the corresponding risk of the enterprise commitment. The risk of individual entrepreneurship is the entrepreneur due to a variety of subjective and objective reasons Ershi entrepreneurial outcome uncertainty,Can be divided into common risk and unique risk. Common risk refers to all business types will be some risk, mainly refers to the risk of macroeconomic environment, including industrial policy, laws and regulations, constraints limit the risk of an enterprise's equity structure and team, and so on;-specific risk is the risk of each type of business because of its characteristics of especially with risks, including market risk, financial risk, potential competitors of the risks. The ripple effects of the international financial crisis, has now applied to every individual who, employment difficulties, falling incomes, unemployment, and increased risk.
