Constructing websites, conducting online marketing and e-commercing have become important ways of a large number of SMEs seeking rapid development and establishing competitive advantages. Although sites of SMEs in China have higher prevalence,there are still many problems in site construction and online marketing , such as how to select the site-building service providers, how to locate site features, how to choose effective online marketing methods, how to avoid all kinds of errors and losses in site-building and online marketing still need to be studied carefully and deeply.
