电子商务带来的税收法律问题研究
【摘要】电子商务作为一种新型的交易手段和商业运作模式,给企业带来了无限的商机,但是同时电子商务也给传统税收体制及税收管理模式带来了巨大的挑战，从而产生诸如征税对象电子化、征税主体虚拟化等一系列税收征管法律问题。如何解决关于税收征管过程中的征收、监控、管辖、管理等问题均依赖于税务法律的完善。

【Summary 】the electronic commerce conduct and actions a kind of new bargain means and business operate mode, bringing business enterprise infinite business opportunities, but the electronic commerce also brought the traditional revenue from tax system and the revenue from tax management style a huge challenge in the meantime, producing thus such as tax object electronical,collect tax the corpus conjecture to turn etc. a series of revenue from tax advertise for the tube law problem.How resolve to advertise for the imposition in the tube process and supervise and control,rule over,manage concerning the revenue from tax etc. the problem all is depend on in the tax administration law of perfect.
