摘要

数据采集系统是信息科学的一个重要分支，它研究信息数据的采集、存储、处理以及控制等。本文以数据采集系统为核心展开，描述了通用型数据采集器的通信系统组成，重点研究了下位机与PC机的无线通信。
本课题设计的是数据采集系统，是对室内/外、工业现场及布线困难的地方的模拟型传感器、直流电压进行监控、测量。本系统以单片机89S52作为整个系统的控制核心，结合液晶显示模块1602、EEPROM芯片AT24C16、无线传输模块PTR8000+、A/D转换芯片TLC2543、串口通信组成的数据采集系统。该系统通过A/D转换芯片TLC2543对模拟型传感器、电压进行数据采集，然后将数据传回单片机并在液晶显示模块上显示，当系统设定到数据发射模式时，可通过无线传输模块PTR8000+将数据发送到上位机，并且通过标准RS232通信接口把采集到数据传送到PC机，实现数据保存和管理。另外使用AT24C16把所采集的数据手动保存下来。同时，通过液晶可以显示被保存下来的数据。
本课题完成了整个系统的软硬件设计，设计出了一种可以应用于室内/外、工业现场等的多用途数据采集系统。

The designing of the Portable Data Acquisition
Abstract

Data Acquisition System is an important particular branch of information science, which research on the acquisition，storage, processing and domination of the information or data. This article takes Data Acquisition System as core to launch, describes the general-purpose data acquisition system composed of communication systems, focus on the next-bit machine with PC-wireless communications.
. The topics are designed data acquisition system is indoor / outdoor, industrial site and the wiring of the difficult place of Analog sensor, DC voltage monitoring, measuring.The 89S52 microcontroller system as a whole core of the control system, consists of LCD module 1602, EEPROM chip AT24C16, wireless transmission module PTR8000+, A/D converter chip TLC2543, serial communications, composed of data acquisition system. The system uses A/D converter chip TLC2543 to measure analog-type sensors, voltage data acquisition. Then the value of the data return microcontroller and displayed on the LCD module. when the system settings to the data to launch mode, the data sent to the computer through wireless transmission module PTR8000+ , and through a standard RS232 communication interface to collected data to PC, making data stored and management . In addition AT24C16 can be used to stored the data collected by hand. At the same time,the data can be display which was saved by LCD.
The subject completed the entire system of hardware and software design, the design is a multi-purpose data acquisition system which applied to an indoor / outdoor, industrial site.
