纸页匀度测试系统的设计

摘要
 本课题利用计算机图像处理技术来研究纸页匀度的特征，并进一步构建了纸页匀度测试系统。利用多种图像处理方法，包括均方差法和灰度直方图法等来认识和表征纸页匀度。
 纸页匀度不好不但影响到纸的外观，而且影响到几乎所有的物理性能，光学性能和印刷性能。一套准确表征纸页匀度的检测系统对于正确认识纸页匀度的理论和纸页匀度的标准化工作有一定的实际意义。通过采集厂家生产的纸样，计算机视觉技术可以很好地应用于纸页性能分析及其相互间的相关分析。利用计算机视觉系统分析采集到的透射光信号，并据此分析纸页的匀度情况。

ABSTRACT
 The characteristics of paper formation is studied in this paper by using image processing techniques , and paper formation test system is established. A variety of image processing methods are used, including variance and gray histogram method to understand and Characterization paper formation.
 Paper information of the poor will affects not only the appearance of paper, but also almost all of the physical properties and optical properties and print properties. A precise characterization of paper formation detection system s a high significance for a correct understanding of paper formation and its standardization is a high significance. By collecting various products manufacturers ,the Computer vision technology can be applied to all kinds of good pages performance analysis and their inter-correlation analysis. The optical signal of transmission is captured by using computer analysis of visual processing, and it is used to analyse paper information.
