纸页匀度特征研究

摘  要
 纸页匀度指的是纸页在三维方向上的质量均匀性，或者说是纸页在三维方向的质量分布。纸页匀度是评价纸张质量的一个很重要的指标，也是纸页的最重要性能之一。纸页匀度不好不但影响到纸的外观，而且影响到几乎所有的物理性能，光学性能和印刷性能；纸页匀度还影响着整饰后纸页的表观性能，如影响着压光后纸页的平滑度；影响着纸页的光学性能，包括白度和光泽度等。因此需要对纸页匀度问题引起重视，并切实加以解决。
 本文利用计算机视觉系统采集纸页的匀度图像，然后通过MATLAB软件处理纸页的匀度图像获取我们需要的RGB值和灰度分布直方图，再进一步求灰度值、平均灰度值和均方差；通过分析这些数据比较不同纸样的匀度情况。灰度分布直方图可以让我们可以直观定性的判断出纸页匀度的好坏，均方差则是通过数据的分析比较，得出纸页匀度好坏的定量结果。

Abstract
 Paper formation refers to the pages in the direction of the three-dimensional quality of Uniformity , Or it can be said that three--dimensional pages in the direction of the mass distribution. Paper formation is a very important indicator of evaluating page quality, as well as one of the most important properties of pages. Poor paper formation not only affects the appearance, but also affects almost all of the physical properties and optical properties and print properties. Paper Formation also affects the pages after finishing the apparent capabilities, such as pressure-affected after page of the paper smoothness;  Paper Formation affect the optical properties, including brightness and shiny and so on. There is a pressing need for technology workers in the paper pages formation  to pay attention to the problem, and to caddress them effectively.
 Using computer vision system to acquisition pages formation  of the images, Then with MATLAB software for pages formation  of  the images we need access to the RGB values and gray histogram distribution, and for Gray value the average gray value and variance;These data compared different pattern of the formation through analysis. Gray distribution histogram enables us directly determine the formation  good or bad from the histogram on the pages, variance is through the analysis of data comparing to Reach pages formation quality of the quantitative results.
