摘要
 
 随着信息通讯技术的发展，无论是在传统教育领域还是在远程教育领域，网络技术都得到了广泛的应用。网络课程是这些应用的中心环节，各高校基本都有自己的网络教学平台，开放了网络精品课程，形成了国家级，省级，校级三个层次。
 网络课程充分利用了计算机技术、网络技术与多媒体技术，并与教育教学技术统一，通过相应的功能模块和专门的交流区域开辟，为学生之间，学生和教师，教师与教师之间创设出合作、交流、探讨、研究的网络学习环境。
 本文介绍了网络课程的发展以及信号与系统网络课程的构建。重点分析并实施了信号与系统网络课程的制作，包括创建信号与系统网络课程网站，基于XXXXXXXX学院Blackboard网络教学平台的网络课程制作，内容包括课程学习、视频课堂、在线答疑、课程讨论、课程资源等五大模块，还对该门网络课程的使用效果进行了调查分析。

ABSTRACT
 
 With the development of information and communication technology, both in the traditional field of education and in the field of distance education, network technology have been widely used. Network Courses are central to these applications, the university has its own basic network teaching platform, and has opened up the High-quality course, with the formation of nation, province and school three levels.
 The network course takes full advantage of the unity of computer technology, network technology and multimedia technology and education technology, and have created network learning environment of cooperation and exchange, explore, the research for students, and teachers through designing the corresponding functional module and opening specialized regional exchanges.
 This thesis describes the development of network course and the build of Signal and system network course. The most important is Analyzing and implementing the production of Signal and System network course, including the creation of Signal and Systems network course site, and making network course which based on the Blackboard network platform of Zhejiang university of Science and Technology. The content include Five modules, they are courses study, video classroom, online answering, discussion course, courses resources. Besides , It also had a survey on the results of using Signal and System network course.
