摘要
 广播音频信号报警器由报警器和统计查询两部分组成，报警器由单片机控制，负责实时监测立体声，二路音频信号，如果发现停播，立即记录停播的日期和时间，信号恢复的时间等信息，并将它们存储在单片机内部的E2PROM，一旦有IC卡插入，便将储存在E2PROM中的停播信息储存到IC卡上，再通过IC卡将停播信息用读卡器输入到电脑里，或直接由电脑通过RS-485接口从报警器处读取数据，再由管理软件进行分析汇总最后用报表的形式打印出来。管理软件还可以通过数据库处理，实现查询、统计等功能。本文试从以下几个方面对该报警器的设计开发过程进行论述：
 1、问题的提出，简要地说明了在怎么样的背景下开发该系统的。
 2、该报系统的设计思想。
 3、各部分较为详细的流程，程序语句。
 4、开发手段的简要论述。

ABSTRACT
 The broadcast tonic train signalling alarm apparatus inquires two parts by the alarm apparatus and the statistics to be composed, the alarm apparatus by the monolithic integrated circuit control, is responsible for the real-time monitor stereo sound, two groups tonic train signallings, if discovered stops broadcasts, records the date and the time immediately which stops broadcasts, information and so on time which the signal restores, and saves them in monolithic integrate d circuit interior E2PROM, once has the IC card insertion, then will store up in E2PROM stops broadcasts the information storage to embrace to IC, again will stop through the IC card broadcasts the information with to read the card input to the computer in, or directly will read the fetching by the computer through the RS-485 connection from the alarm apparatus place according to, Again by manages software to carry on the analysis to compile finally uses the report form the form to print. Manages software also to be allowed through the database handling dbh, function and so on realization inquiry, statistics. This article tries from following several aspects to carry on the elaboration to this alarm apparatus design performance history:
 1st, question proposing, briefly explained how background develops this system under.
 2nd, this newspaper system design thought.
 3rd, each part of more detailed flows, procedure statement.
 4th, development method brief elaboration.
