摘要:近年来随着计算机在社会领域的渗透, 单片机的应用正在不断地走向深入，同时带动传统控制检测日新月益更新。在实时检测和自动控制的单片机应用系统中，单片机往往是作为一个核心部件来使用，仅单片机方面知识是不够的，还应根据具体硬件结构，以及针对具体应用对象特点的软件结合，以作完善。
 本文首先分析了LED产业发展现状，促成了LED测试仪高速的发展现实。阐述了150型LED测试仪的开发目的和设计的原理。通过对顾客需求的分析与理解、芯片的选择和电路模块功能的实现、程序开发和功能实现、系统开发工具的选择等一系列问题的综合考虑，确定了系统的开发方案。接着阐述了电路功能实现的基本思路和单片机程序模块的实现，并详细给出了各个电路模块实现的功能分析到总体设计与实现及测试仿真的各个环节开发与开发的过程，然后对本系统作出了客观评价，指明了系统的现实意义。
 150型LED测试仪是通过调节电位器，改变基准电压，使LED两端的驱动电流随之变化，并能时时在液晶屏上显示。它可以分析当前这颗LED的好坏。能够大规模用来测试LED发光二极管。

Abstract:With the infiltration in the social field of the computer in recent years, the application of the one-chip computer is moving towards deepening constantly, drive tradition is it measure crescent benefit to upgrade day to control at the same time. In measuring in real time and automatically controlled one-chip computer application system, the one-chip computer often uses as a key part, only one-chip computer respect knowledge is not enough, should also follow the structure of the concrete hardware , and direct against and use the software of target's characteristic to combine concretly, in order to do perfectly.
 This paper analyzes the status LED industry, contributed to the high-speed LED tester reality of the development. Expounded 150 LED tester purpose of the development and design principles. Based on customer need that I analysis and understand, the selection of chips and circuit modules are realized, Development and implementation of function, system development tool to select a range of issues analysis of the designed system. Then expounded the circuit functions of the basic ideas and MCU Module realized, Details are given each circuit module functional analysis of the overall design of the detailed design and implementation of simulation and test all aspects of the system , making an objective appraisal and point out the significance of reality.
 150-LED tester go through the adjustment potentiometer, voltage changes, so that the two ends of the LED drive current attendant changes, and constantly displayed on the LCD screen. It can analyze the current quality of the LED. And it is used to test large-scale LED light emitting diodes.
