公民知情权法律制度研究

摘  要

 知情权作为公民的一项基本人权，已经得到世界各国的普遍认可。但是中国在过去相当长的一段时间里却缺乏知情权保护的意识，使得国内立法对于公民的知情权的保护缺乏足够的重视。随着社会的不断发展与进步，中国逐渐认识到在立法中明确保障知情权的重要性。中国现有法律中已有一些关于保障公民知情权的法律规定。由于法律制度的不完善，知情权的保护还存在着缺陷。本文对知情权的相关知识点论述后会从立法上对中国公民知情权的保障提出一些建议。

Abstract

 The ringt to know ha been widespread accepted by the country in the world as a basic right of people.But in the past long period，China was a country that lack of protecting consciousness of the right to know，the legislation of nation was lack . Along with social develop continuously, China is gradually aware of the importance of sateguarding the right to know.There are some rules that guarantee the citizens’ right to know in the current law of China.But there are some defects in guaranteeing the citizens’ right to know in China owing to the imperfection of legal institution.After the argument relevent about the right to know, this thesis will give some suggestion in terms of the safeguard of the right to know for Chinese citizen on legislation.
