^论文题目：论知识产权侵权诉讼时效
摘 要
随着知识产品在社会进步中发挥的作用日益增大，知识产权作为经济利益的载体，对知识产权的侵权也日益增多。而由于知识产权本事的特点以及侵权行为的特殊性，在知识产权侵权案件中，知识产权侵权行为诉讼时效的适用问题成为法院与当事人必须正确对待的首要问题.本文主要从知识产权侵权的定义及现行立法，侵权诉讼时效的理论及诉讼时效客体，和知识产权的持续侵权行为诉讼时效方面分别作了论述，并且就以上的问题，我提出了两点我个人的建议，一是停止侵害请求权之限制，二是添附制度之启示，可以更好的保护知识产权所有人的利益，维护知识产权经济的健康发展。

Abstract
With the knowledge products in the role of social progress and increasing the economic benefits of IP as a carrier of infringement of intellectual property rights is also increasing. And as capable of intellectual property rights and violations of the special features, in the case of intellectual property infringement, intellectual property infringement application of the limitation of actions as the court and the parties have the right to treat the primary problem. In this paper, and from the definition of infringement of intellectual property current legislation, the limitation of the theory of infringement and limitation of action objects, and the continued violations of intellectual property were discussed in the limitation area, and the above questions,I made two of my personal recommendations, first stop the infringement claim limitations, and second attachment policy of enlightenment, you can better protect the interests of all intellectual property rights, safeguard the healthy development of economy of intellectual property.
