经济法在构建社会主义和谐社会中的作用

摘  要
 构建和谐社会是党和国家社会主义现代化建设的总体战略布局，经济法作为调整政府在管理、协调经济运行过程中发生的宏观调控、市场规划以及体现国家意志的流转和协作关系的重要法律，在我国政治、经济、文化生活中起着十分重要的作用。它的建立和发展，关系到我国经济的持续、稳定、协调、健康，它的价值取向、本质属性、基本原则等也与和谐社会的建立有着十分紧密的联系,经济法价值理念中的公平正义理念与可持续发展理念是较为重要的两个理念，公平正义要求的实质正义，可持续发展是否应为经济法的理念都是现时关注的热点问题，本文将一一作出阐述。经济法律规范对和谐社会建立的保障和促进作用，实为经济法的特性和立法原则发挥着最本质的作用，只要悉知了经济法最根本的价值取向，也就可以从本质上把握其与和谐社会的关系。因此，
本文从经济法价值理念、特性和原则的角度，研究并阐述了其在构建和谐社会过程中所起的推动作用，并分析总结其现有缺陷与完善方向，为更好的推动整个和谐社会的建立与发展提供理论上的参考。
