浅论农民工住房权

摘     要
       农民工城市住房没有保障是国民待遇缺失的一个重要方面,是社会尚未顾及、农民无力顾及的问题。因此，关注和解决农民工城市住房问题是实现社会公平的要求,也是经济社会长远、平稳发展的要求。本文从农民工住房的现状开始阐述，详细地说明了当今农民工住房的状况；随后分析了农民工住房现状造成的原因。例如，城乡户籍制度的二元制、政府决策的偏差、此领域法律法规的缺失等。最后，从制度、法律、政府的角度来探寻解决农民工住房权问题的途径。例如，建立农民工住房公积金制度，调整经济适用房政策等。
