摘    要
由于我国社区矫正还处于刚刚起步阶段，因此，在社区矫正中还有很多不完善的地方。目前，我国社区矫正中存在的主要问题表现为：社区群众、社区矫正对象对社区矫正不认同，社区群众对社区矫正的参与不够。我国现行法律对于社区矫正法制化程度不高，目前还没有关于社区矫正统一的立法。社区矫正执法主体与工作主体分离，矫正手段单一。缺乏严密、完善的工作衔接机制，使矫正机关难以向被矫正对象实施有效监管与考察。社区矫正队伍的职业化达不到要求，专业化程度不高。

On the main issues of community correction in China

Abstract: Since China's community correction is still in just the initial stage, therefore, in the community there are many imperfections in the correct place. China's existing laws for the Community Correction legal level is not high, there is no community correction on the reunification of the legislation.
