文档编号:FZ003 文档字数:9678.页数:15 摘要:由于近几年中小型服装对企业员工管理的认识以及投入的不足,导致中小型服装企业普遍存在发展滞后、员工整体素质提升缓慢、人才流失严重等一系列问题。本文将法治与仁、礼、智、信这些传统的中国思想精髓纳入到管理的思想范畴,结合中小型服装企业管理的局限性、盲目性。首先在企业制定管理制度时将员工的情感作为其中一条依据,其次,完善企业用人制度、薪酬评估制度、培训制度等,最后提出追求高尚的文化以增加企业的文化底蕴,提高员工的精神面貌。最终,让员工与企业紧紧融合在一起,促进中小型服装企业可持续发展,提升中小型服装企业的综合素质和竞争能力。 Abstract:For the past few years, the development of small and medium garment enterprises, in the face of inefficient management, the degree of backward management, leading to instability in enterprise development, lagging behind, the brain drain, by learning advanced management thought, investigation and research, combined with the characteristics of small and medium garment enterprises, proposed targeted, scientific and humane measures and countermeasures, employees and enterprises with tightly integrated, development of staff potential.
