面料合理搭配下的皮装设计与工艺

摘要：本文通过对皮革面料和其他纺织服装面料性能、外观风格的分析，把皮革与多种纺织面料在色彩，款式，材料上进行搭配，将原本鄣显雍容华贵的皮装向休闲轻松的时尚皮装转型，拓展年轻时尚人士这一新目标顾客群。通过原材料（毛皮）的准备工艺（包括鞣制过程和染整过程），缝制工艺，成衣后整理工艺，将毛皮服装面料的性能与外观风格和其他服装面料的材质风格发挥得淋漓尽致。设计与工艺是不可分割的同一物体的两面，只有在设计和工艺做到了完美配合，才会给目标消费者呈现出最优化的服装商品。未来的皮装必然会集多元化于一体，朝多种面料搭配的趋势发展。其中毛皮与纺织服装面料的完美搭配借鉴了纺织服装面料二次加工工艺，可以在很大程度上提高毛皮的利用率，更重要的是让皮装以新颖的姿态去与消费者亲密接触。

Abstract:  After the serious analysis of the structure of fur raw materials and performance ,saling goods for its superior essence of the original design should be transition to the leisural ,fashionable young people to develop the new target customers .
 By the production processes(including dyeing and tanning process),the stitching process,  the  finished garments , fur apparel fabrics to the style and appearance of the potential performance of the textile and garment fabrics with the texture style into full play. Integration of all the internal structure and properties of fur, and textile fabrics in a variety of colors, style, material matched, a series of design. Design and Technology is the same one indivisible object of the same coin, only achieved perfection in design and technology cooperation will be optimized to target consumers showed clothing merchandise. The design should be bound toward the future diversification and integration, the trend of development in a variety of fabrics match, Second them from the textile and apparel fabric processing technology. Fur clothing and textile fabrics for the perfect match can significantly increase the utilization of the Fur, More importantly, the design should be innovative gesture to allow close contact with the consumers.
