水洗处理对麻织物服用性能和外观风格的影响

摘  要：对纯麻及其混纺织物进行水洗试验，通过试样的选择、洗涤剂的选择，以及水温的高低、洗涤力度、时间长短、脱水、干燥等方面参数设定，来观察和测试麻织物的最终水洗效果。对试样水洗前后的外观效果、厚度、克重、密度、尺寸变化率、折皱回复性能、悬垂性、刚柔性等相关性能指标进行测试，着重就水洗对麻织物外观和服用性能的影响进行了对比分析和总结。探讨水洗对麻织物服用性能和外观风格的影响，以期对此类面料的二次设计提供参考。

Wash function takes the performance and the outward appearance style influence to the linen
Abstract: Carry on the laundering experiment to the pure linen and its’ blending fabric,by the different test specimen choice, the water quality choice, the water temperature height, the detergent choice, washes dynamics, the time length, the dehydration, drying and so on ,the aspect parameter hypothesis, to observe and  test linen fabric final laundering effect. To around the test specimen laundering outward appearance effect, thickness, gram heavy, density, the size rate of change, the booklet wrinkle the reply performance, the nature draping, stiffnessand softness, and so on the correlation performance index carries on the test, escpecially took the performance on the laundering to the hemp fabric outward appearance and the influence to carry on the contrast analysis and the summary. The discussion laundering takes the performance and the outward appearance style influence to the hemp fabric, provides the reference regarding this by the time kind of linen’second designs.
