竹纤维面料性能分析
摘要:本文选用纯竹原纤维面料以及纯棉、人造棉、涤纶和纯天丝等五种面料，通过实验测试它们的服用性能,包括对面料的耐磨性能、抗折皱性能、悬垂性能、刚柔度、吸湿性能、拉伸变形性以及透水性能等几项指标。并按照实验项目分别对这五种面料的实验结果进行对比和总结，研究和综合分析竹纤维面料的服用性能优劣性，并对此进行评价。根据这些性能分析，讨论竹纤维面料的适用性。根据实验数据分析，竹纤维面料吸湿性、悬垂性、断裂伸长较大，手感柔软，透水性好；有一定的防皱性能，耐磨性能较好，刚度适中；不过比较容易起毛、拉伸强度不佳，保温性较差。总体上竹纤维面料比较适合作为夏季服装面料。

Analyze the property of Bamboo Fiber Fabric
Abstarct：This article selected the purified Bamboo fiber fabric as well as the similar surface of the purified cotton, the staple rayon, the polyester fiber and the purified Tencel fabric.Test the serviceability , include textile of the resistance to wear, crease recovery, drapability, linpness, deliquescent effect, stretchability and water  transmission , which is the Property index of serviceability. According to experiment item, contrast and the summary to the textile experimental datas, study and analyze the serviceability of bamboo fiber fabric is good or not, and evaluation . According to these analysis,then discussion bamboo fiber fabric’s applicability. deliquescent effect, drapability, tenacity of the bamboo fiber fabric are better, and hand soft,also the water  transmission good, have certain of resistance to crushing, and Linpness was just right. But the fabric easy napping, tenacity poor and thermal insulation value is lower. In general Bamboo fiber fabric suit apply to clothing textile of summer.
