骏泽电梯公司车间生产管理模式

摘     要
    生产车间是企业的主战场，产品质量、生产效益、成本损耗和员工士气基本源于生产车间管理，车间管理的好坏，直接影响企业的经营的绩效。因此，用科学的管理知识、灵活地运用各种科学管理手段，加强车间管理,能有效的减少安全事故，降低生产成本，达到节能降耗的目的。
 本文针对当前民营企业自身车间生产管理研究中存在的问题，通过在实习期间了解骏泽公司的基本情况，以此分析骏泽公司的生产管理状况以及公司管理结构，并结合生产管理方面的相关理论，发现公司在生产管理方面所存在的包括管理制度、生产作业、设备维护、质量控制管理等方面的问题。然后对骏泽公司生产管理上出现的问题进行对策研究。运用管理学上的理论在管理制度上进行优化，结合标准化原则在生产作业上进行标准化控制，并对产品进行规范严格的质量控制以及运用设备管理理论对生产设备规范化管理，减少设备维护成本、对生产成本进行控制上寻求对策。

Abstract
 The production workshop is enterprise's main battlefield. the product quality, the production benefit, the cost loss and the staff morale basically revelent to the management of production workshop. The quality of the management is directly affects the achievements of the enterprise. Therefore, it's able to achieve the purpose of energy saving and reduce accident, production cost effectively, with the effective management knowledge, the flexible management method and strengthening the management.
 This article research the problems exist in the production management of the current private enterprise. By an alysising the production management condition of Junze company, discovered the problems of the production management in aspects as control system, production work, maintenance of equipment, quality control management and so on. And research the solution of the problems. By optimizing the management, standardizing the production work, quality controling for the product, standardizing the production equipmt management by the equipment management theory, reducing the cost of equipment maintenance and controlling the production cost to solve the problems.
