摘 要
 网络经济时代企业市场环境竞争越来越激烈，市场机遇稍纵即逝，于是以“双赢”为目的的企业合作新模式——虚拟企业，成为现代企业适应竞争环境的理想模式。
 本文开展了AHP法食品行业企业的虚拟合作伙伴选择的研究，是根据我国目前食品行业企业所面临的合作伙伴选择的基本情况，通过结合企业的实际情况进行的一些理论探讨。重点分析了如何通过对各潜在伙伴企业的特征信息进行分析、整理、评估，确定一个最优的伙伴企业构成方案，继而确定各伙伴企业的参与方式。
 本文总结分析国内外虚拟企业理论，设计并优化业务流程，对食品行业伙伴选择的质量板块的细则指标做出了设计与分析，并给出了食品行业合作伙伴的评价指标体系。对细选方法和精选方法采用了层次分析法，阐述了层次分析法的产生、发展和实现步骤，并给出了算法实例。主要为当今食品行业企业优化资源配置，提高综合竞争力，完善伙伴选择方法进行了研究和探讨。

ABSTRACT
 The competition in enterprise market environment is more and more fierce in Network economy era, the market opportunity is fleeting, Then, a new enterprise cooperation model with the purpose of "win-win" - virtual enterprise, is becoming the ideal mode of modern enterprise adapt to the competition environment.
 The AHP method proposed in this paper for the section of enterprise virtual partner in food industry is based on the basic situation of present food industry enterprises facing partner selection in our country, by combining the actual situation of enterprise to propose some theory. How to through the analysis, collation and evaluation of characteristic information of various potential partners, to determine an optimal composition of the partner program, and then determine the modalities of participation of business partners.
 This paper summarizes the theory of virtual enterprises at home and abroad, design and optimizes business processes, design and analysis the quality of the plate for the food industry partner selection, and give out the evaluation index system of food industry partner selection. To choose the selection method and analytic hierarchy process method using AHP, statement the emergence, development and implementation steps of AHP, and gives examples of the algorithm. Mainly study and discuss optimizing the allocation of resources, improve enterprise competitiveness, and improve the partner selection method for the food industry today.
