供应链环境下的库存管理——以宁波百年电器有限公司为例

 保持一定库存可以从时间、地点、多样性和数量四个方面缓冲生产或销售中的不确定性。如果凡事都能够像计划的那样或是像预测的一样，那么库存就是多余的。如果能保持合适的库存将给企业带来很好的经济效益。
 在21世纪的今天，传统的库存管理已经跟不上企业的发展趋势。自从20世纪90年代供应链概念产生以来，供应链管理得到长足的进步。上下游企业的关系从交易演变成合作，进而发展联盟及供应网络，从传统以利益博弈（此赢彼损），转变到以信任为基础的风险共担﹑信息共享的利益共同体，依赖合作降低供应成本，实现双赢。但在实际中。供应链管理是一个渐进的过程，企业难以在短期内从低级发展到高水平的供应链管理。所以一定级别的供应链管理需要与之相适应的供应链库存管理模式
 本文结构如下，第一章概述了库存的定义，库存的必要性和意义及国内外研究现状。在此基础上第二章分析了传统库存管理策略和供应链环境下的库存管理策略及两者之间的比较。第三章结合真实企业，介绍企业现状，分析企业中存在的库存问题。利用前面介绍的各种库存策略，第四章根据企业的内部及外部状况和存在的问题，给出合适的库存管理模式。

 ABSTRACT
 Maintain inventory from the time, location, diversity and number four buffer production or sale of uncertainty. If everything can be like in the plan or the same as forecast, then the inventory is superfluous. If maintain appropriate inventory enterprises will bring good economic benefits.
 Today in 21 centuries, the traditional inventory management has already canned not keep up with the development trend of business enterprise. Ever since 90's in 20 centuries supply chain concept creation, the supply chain management gets a substantial progress. Up and down swim the relation of business enterprise to turn into a cooperation from the bargain, then develop alliance and supply network, from the tradition with benefits Bo Yi(This wins other damages), change the benefits common body that take trust as basal risk total load ，information's share, depend on a cooperation to lower supply cost, carry out a double to win. But in the reality. The supply chain management is a process which gradually enters and the business enterprise is hard to develop the supply chain management of level from the low class in the short run. So the supply chain management of certain Class appear with it mutually adapt of the management style of the supply chain inventory.
 This article structure is as follows, the first chapter has out lined the inventory definition, the inventory necessity and the significance and the domestic and foreign research present situation. The second chapter has analyzed the tradition inventory management strategy and under the supply chain environment inventory management strategy and two between comparison in this foundation. The third chapter union real enterprise, introduced the enterprise present situation, in the analysis enterprise exists inventory question. Each kind of inventory strategy introduced which using front, the fourth chapter of basis enterprise's interior and exterior condition and the existence question, produces the appropriate inventory management pattern.
