上海绿安钢铁仓储企业物流运作现状的分析和改进

 摘  要
 尽管近年我国钢铁仓储物流业已经开始蓬勃发展，但与国际化进程相比，也只能算是起步阶段。从整体上看，我国钢铁仓储物流业的现代化水平不高，效率相对低下，功能不够完善，不能适应钢铁生产与需求发展之间的需要。我国企业在仓储规模、效益、物流技术和管理水平等方面与国外企业相比，仍存在着许多待以解决的问题。
 为能解决国内企业上述诸多问题，提升企业自身市场竞争力，由此本文将目光聚焦在了钢铁仓储企业的物流运作，通过理论结合实际分析，针对国内仓储企业物流运作中存在的不足提出优化建议，希望现状能有所改善。
 文章首先介绍了文档的选题意义，研究的现状以及方法。接着介绍了仓储物流企业的基本概念，特征及其类型的理论知识，再结合我国钢铁物流的实际情况，对上海绿安钢铁仓储企业进作现状与管理系统，布局结构分析，业务流程分析，并针对其存在的种种不足提出了厂区内部布局优化，利用库存来降低企业成本，应用RFID无线射频技术实现现代仓储，绿色钢铁回收物流优化资源利用。
 本研究工作将书本的理论知识应用与实际， 提出了应用现代信息技术的趋势，为传统的仓储物流业指明了发展方向。所以具有重要的理论价值和实际的借鉴意义。

 ABSTRACT
 
 Although in recent years, China's steel warehousing logistics industry has begun to flourish, but can only be regarded as the initial stage compared with the international process. On the whole, China's steel storage modernization level of the logistics industry is not high, relatively low efficiency, functionality not perfect, can not meet the demand for steel production and development needs. Compared with foreign enterprises, China's enterprises in the storage scale, efficiency, logistics and other technical and management level, there are still many problems existence to be solved.
 In order to solve the many problems of domestic enterprises to enhance their own competitiveness in the market, this article will focus attention on the steel warehousing operation of the logistics business, through theory integrate the actual analysis, aim at the lack of domestic enterprises warehousing in the logistics operation by optimization. Expect the status quo can be improved.
 The article first segment on the topics of significance to study the status and methods. Then on the warehouse logistics enterprises in the basic concepts, characteristics and types of theoretical knowledge, combined with the actual situation of China's steel logistics, analyse into the steel enterprise storage and management system for the status quo, the layout, business process of  the Shanghai lvan and against the existence of the various deficiencies within the proposed site layout optimization, use of inventory to reduce business costs, use RFID technology to actualize modern warehousing, logistics optimization of green steel recycling use of resources.
 The article will be the application of theoretical knowledge and practical, by the application of modern information technology trends, pointed out the direction of development of the traditional warehouse logistics industry. So that it is of great theoretical and practical value of the reference.
