机械配件零售业供应链成本管理策略探讨----以无锡市钧华物资有限公司为例
内 容 摘 要
机械配件零售业作为一个销售行业具有自身独立的运行机制，运用传统的管理模式。但随着竞争的激烈，传统管理模式下的采购，客户关系都变的繁琐，库存和物流增加了成本，给零售商带来很大问题。本文主要针对机械配件零售企业在供应链管理中产生的成本问题进行分析，根据我国国情和行业发展需求，吸取国内外成功应用的经验，通过运用供应链管理，提出了JIT采购法，库存和物流管理及其CRM组件综合解决方案，从而降低零售商的运营成本，规避了风险。可在零售业中推广应用。

 ABSTRACT

 The mechanical fitting retail trade takes a sales profession to have own  independent operational mechanism, the utilization tradition management pattern. But along with the competition intensity, under the traditional management pattern's purchase, tedious which the customer relations changed, the stock and the physical distribution increased the cost, brought the very major problem to the retail merchant. This article mainly aims at the Retail business the question which produces under the
traditional management pattern to carry on the analysis, according to our country national condition and the profession development demand, absorbs the domestic and foreign success application the experience, through the utilization supply chain management, proposed the JIT purchase law, the stock and the physical distribution management and the CRM module comprehensive solution plan, thus reduces the retail merchant the operation cost, has dodged the risk. These methods may apply in the retail trade.
