摘  要
 现代物流作为一种先进的组织方式和管理技术，在全球经济范围内已经被广泛认为是企业在降低物资消耗、提高劳动生产率以外的重要利润源泉，在国民经济和社会发展中发挥着重要作用。因此，加快中国现代物流的发展，对于优化资源配置，提高国家经济运行质量，促进企业改革发展，推进中国经济体制与经济增长方式的两个根本性转变，将具有十分重要的意义。
 动态联盟又称虚拟企业，是敏捷制造下的一种企业组织形式，是为适应市场竞争、降低市场风险而共享合作资源，从而在社会分工协作背景下以产品或服务为中心而形成的企业间的动态组织。对企业来说，结成动态联盟是今后发展的一个好的选择，在此基础上搭建自身的物流平台更能让他们在今后的竞争中突显优势。
 本文所提出的基于动态联盟的机械制造企业物流体系规划的研究，是根据我国目前生产制造企业的基本情况，通过结合企业的实际情况提出的一些理论。全文讲述了在现代物流飞速发展今天，企业如何结成动态联盟，以及在此背景下如何搭建一个新的适应现代发展的物流体系。

 The logistics took one advanced organization way and the management technology, in the global economical scope widely were already thought was the enterprise in reduces commodity consumption, outside the enhancement labor productivity important profit fountainhead, is playing the vital role in the national economy and the social development. Therefore, speeds up the Chinese modern physical distribution the development, regarding the optimized resources disposition, improves the state economy movement quality, the promotion enterprise reform development, advances the Chinese economic system and the economical growth way two fundamentals transforms, will have the extremely vital significance.
 The virtual enterprises called the hypothesized enterprise, is under the agile manufacture one kind of enterprise organizes the form, is for adapts the market competition, reduces the market risk to share the cooperation resources, thus under the social division of labor cooperation background by the product or the service enterprise's dynamic organization which forms for the center. To the enterprise, forms the dynamic alliance is a next development good choice, will build own physical distribution platform in this foundation to be able to let them reveal the superiority suddenly in the next competition.
 This article proposed based on the dynamic alliance machine manufacture enterprise physical distribution system plan research, is according to our country at present the manufacturing enterprise's basic situation, advances some theories through the union enterprise's actual situation. Does the full text narrate in modern physical distribution rapid development today, how the enterprise has formed the dynamic alliance, as well as how built a new adaptation modern development under this backgrounds the physical distribution system.
