中小企业内部物流分析与改进研究

摘要

 当前，我国经济蓬勃发展，我国正逐步成为“世界工厂”的呼声越来越高，国内企业正迅速发展壮大，但其内部物流供应体系并未能获得根本转变以满足新的发展要求。本文对目前我国一些企业内部物流管理的现状、存在问题的原因进行了分析,并提出了相关对策。企业内部物流管理是企业至关重要的一项管理工作,企业物料品种繁多，库存量大,管理要求高。在手工处理信息条件下,物料的购、销、存各个环节都会因为处理的信息量有限,精确度不高和速度慢而出现各种各样的问题，满足不了企业应对经济全球化和企业间日益激烈的竞争对改善内部物流管理的要求。实现管理的信息化则可以使企业内部物流管理的各个环节发生根本性的变化。
 本文通过分析企业内部物流，优化企业内部物流，从而使物流真正成为企业的“第三利润源”，发挥物流在企业中的作用。

SMES INTERNAL LOGISTICS ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT RESEARCH

ABSTRACT

 At present, with the fast development of modern industry, the voice of China's becoming a "world factory" is more and more prominent. At the same time, domestic enterprises develop rapidly. But the internal logistics supply system haven’t changed fundamentally to meet with new requirements. This thesis analyze the situation in internal logistics management, construe some being problems, and introduce some related policies. Internal logistics management as a significant affair always handles with variety of materials, large amount of inventory, and needs high quality of management. Under the manually process, the purchase of materials, mart and store will be limited with the information's finiteness, insufficient accuracy and low efficiency, which can not be satisfied by the global economy and the heated compete between enterprises. With the implementation of informational management, there would be a fundamental change in enterprises.
 The thesis analyzes the internal logistics enterprises and optimizing internal logistics, so that the logistics would become a "third profit source", which would play an important role in logistics.
