摘  要

 流行饰品是跟随时尚节拍而兴起的一种装饰物品，起到装饰作用。其使用寿命随着流行元素的褪去而逐渐失去最初的作用。目前我国流行饰品大多以铅锡合金、锌合金、铜饰品以及珠宝类为主。由于饰品制作门槛低，费用少，利润较大，越来越多商家加入到饰品这一行业。在市场经济的激烈竞争下，导致一些小厂倒闭或被收购，而国外一些厂商纷纷入驻中国市场，无疑对中国饰品生产商提出了严峻的考验。在内忧外患的情况下，如何提高和改善企业的生产管理体制，特别是生产流程的改善成为了企业提高竞争优势，立于不败之地的关键因素。本文探讨饰品生产流程改进对于企业的关键性。
 本文首先提出了目前教常见的一些流程优化方法，例如动作分析、工序分析和搬运与布置等，介绍了他们的基本原理及其运用。然后结合新光饰品有限公司合金厂和爪链厂的实际情况，对其流程进行分析，找出他们的薄弱环节和不合理之处，对物流设施以及员工配置进行改善，提出了一些优化建议。

Study of production process optimization of Zhejiang Xinguang ornament Limited Company

ABSTRACT

 Fashion ornament is a decorative goods which is popular with fashion vogue. Its lifetime lost its initial role gradually with removing of prevalence elements. At present, our most popular ornaments mainly include lead-stannum alloy, zinc alloy, copper and jewelry. Due to the low threshold for the production of ornament, less cost and more profit, more and more businesses enjoy into the ornament industry. under the fierce competition of market economy, some small factories were closured or purchased, and foreign manufacturers have entered into the Chinese market. Undoubtedly this situation brings a large challenge for Chinese ornament manufacturers. In both internal and extern circumstances, how to enhance and improve the enterprise's production management system, in particular, the improvement of the production process of the enterprises becomes the superiority of improving the competition, and the critical factor of success. This paper discusses the key point of improving ornament production process for enterprises.
 The paper proposes a common methods of the process optimization currently, such as motion, process analysis, handling and layout, and introduces their basic principles and application. Combining with the actual situation of Xinguang ornament Limited Company Alloy factory and claw chain factory, we analyze the production optimization, and find their weak links and unreasonabity .Then we improve logistics facilities and staff allocation, and make some optimization suggestions.
