机电制造企业生产管理创新研究——以浙江诺力机械股份有限公司为例

内 容 摘 要
 
 管理创新是企业永恒的话题。随着改革的深化和企业经营环境的不断变化，管理创新的领域和内容也在发生着新的变化，生产管理创新是管理创新的一个重要方面，是管理创新在生产管理领域的具体表现。随着知识经济时代的到来，作为工业经济社会支柱产业的机电工业，其地位面临巨大的挑战。因此，机电企业只有不断开展创新活动尤其是生产管理创新活动，才能紧跟时代的发展步伐，才能在知识经济时代的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
 本文基于知识经济高速发展的时代背景和机电企业的现状，以浙江诺力机械股份有限公司的生产管理为研究对象，结合管理创新、精益生产、敏捷制造、质量管理等相关理论，旨在分析机电企业在生产管理上的新变化，并为提升机电企业的生产管理创新能力提些建议。

ABSTRACT
 
 
 Management Innovation is an eternal topic in enterprises. With the deepening of reform and the ever-changing of business environment,the field and content of management innovation are making new changes, production management innovation is an important aspect of management innovation.It’s also that management innovation make specific performance in the field of production management innovation. With the coming of the era of knowledge economy, mechanical and electrical industry as a pillar industry, its position facing enormous challenge. Therefore, mechanical and electrical enterprises only carry out innovation activities continuously ,in particular the activities of production management innovations to keep up with the pace of development of the era.
 This paper based on the rapid development of knowledge economy era and  current situation of mechanical and electrical enterprises,it’s research on production management innovation of zhejiang Noblelift Equipment Joint Stock Co,Ltd. Combined with relevant theory,including management innovation 、lean production 、agile manufacturing 、quality management and so on，the purpose of this paper is to analize the new changes of mechanical and electrical enterprise at production management,and make some suggestions about how to improve the ability of production management innovation for mechanical and electrical enterprise.
