摘  要
 随着我国企业的不断发展，要求其制造系统能与物流运作相协调，企业必须根据市场变化情况，对平面布置、物料运送，以及对设备、土地、建筑物、公用工程等各类设施进行全面分析及系统的规划和设计。这是企业缩短生产周期、降低生产成本、提高产品质量的重要手段。企业设施规划要解决一些有助于企业提高竞争力、提升企业效率的更深层次的问题。
 这都需要设施规划者为企业提供理论支持。因此，文档旨在阐述情怡袜业有限公司设施规划应用，目的是从理论上突破旧的研究传统，完善理论与实践的关系，着重研究情怡生产物流，与企业设施规划及企业发展主客体的互动关系。

This is the enterprise reduces the production cycle, reduces the production cost, improves the product quality, the promotion enterprise competitive ability important method. The enterprise facility planning must solve some to be helpful enhances the competitive power, the promotion enterprise efficiency deeper level question in the enterprise.
 All these facilities planners need to provide theoretical support.
