拉动式生产方式在某企业半成品生产线中的应用研究

摘要

 拉动式生产是实现准时化生产、有效提高企业生产经营管理水平的一种重要手段，是精益生产的精髓。随着世界科学技术高速发展，尤其是我国加入WTO后，国内企业面临着改变机制、提高效率、增强企业市场竞争能力的重要课题。从管理中获取效益，提高管理水平刻不容缓。在此背景下，A公司学习国内外先进的管理科学理论，在企业内部推行精益生产方式。作者根据企业生产经营的具体需求及其生产经营特点，建立了A公司拉动式看板生产系统并进行了具体应用。
 首先，阐述了拉动式管理的基本理论，通过对拉动式生产的基本原则、运行规则和看板的作用等关键问题的研究，较为详细地剖析了拉动式生产的本质以及目前应用中存在的问题。在看板管理基本原理基础上，通过延迟生产方法的具体应用，对A公司的半成品流水线设计建立了拉动式生产系统，包括整体运作原理、运作规则和各种看板的设计，以及相应的实施方法。最后对Ａ公司看板管理系统的应用实施经验进行了总结分析。

ABSTRACT

    Pull Production System is an important way that can achieve JIT production and effectively promote the level of production and operation management in enterprise, which is the core of the Lean Production. With the development of the worldwide science and technology , especially accessing to WTO, domestic enterprises are confronted with some significant problems that should change mechanism, improve efficiency, enhance the market competitiveness. It is urgent for enterprise to promote management level so as to acquire efficiency in terms of management. Under this circumstance, A enterprise learns advanced theories of scientific management all over the world, implementing Lean Production in enterprise. Author establishes Pull Production System of A enterprise and applies definitely on the basis of particular demand and production operation traits of production operation of enterprise.
    First of all, essay illustrates fundamental theories of Pull Management in terms of the fundamental principles, operational regulations and Kanban effects and so forth to research in core problems, which specifically translates the essence of Pull Production and some problems existing in application. Based on the theories of Kanban management, the essay establish Pull Production System, including integral operational theories, operation regulations, various designs of Kanban and relevant applicant methods for the design of  semi-finished products production line of A enterprise through  the definite application of delayed production methods. Finally, the essay summarizes and analyzes the application experience for the application of Kanban Management System of A enterprise.
