现场管理在宁波奇美电子有限公司的应用研究

【摘要】:

 随着中国在全球制造业中的地位逐渐提升,中国已成为世界制造中心。新的制造型企业不断增加,原有的制造型企业不断壮大。由于市场竞争越来越激烈,企业为了适应新的竞争环境,就必须不断的提高效率、降低成本、缩短交货期。在这种激烈竞争的环境下,各种各样新的概念和方法层出不穷,大部分理论的侧重点都是信息化,即如何有效的使用信息,通过获得的信息从而有效地组织生产。但是,如果现场管理不佳,系统的有效性无法保证。因此提出了现场管理要重视起来.
 对现场管理的产线上要考虑人,机,料,法,信息.不让产线出现故障或停滞,就要对现场管理的人机料进行管理,这样产线就可以高效率的量产了,高效率既包括一定时间段达到的产量也包括了要求达到的质量。
 本文大致以现场产线为例,围绕产线开展的现场管理,根据问题分析研究人员作业生产效率及工时测定来安排个站点的人员,数量分配,料的配备的生产平衡.

Abstract:

The new manufacturing enterprises have continuously increased, the original manufacturing enterprises has grown. As more and more intense market competition, enterprises in order to meet the new competitive environment, we must constantly improve efficiency, reduce costs and shorten delivery time. In this highly competitive environment, all sorts of new concepts and methods emerged, most of the focus is information technology, that is, how effective use of information, through access to information to effectively organize production. However, if the poor site management, the system can not guarantee the validity. Therefore the proposed site management to pay attention to it.      On-site management to consider the production line, machines, materials, law, information. Production line from the failure or stagnation, it is necessary to on-site management to manage the man-machine materials, such production lines can be highly efficient mass production of the , High efficiency, including a certain time period to achieve the output also includes a requirement to achieve quality.      In this paper, largely to the scene production line as an example, around the middle line in the management of the scene, according to study the problem of operating efficiency and production of working hours to arrange a site, the number of distribution, with the production of the material balance.
