摘要

 DRP分销系统随着企业信息化的程度不断提高，已经成为当今国内外最为流行的管理系统，同时有效的分销优化也成为增加制造商利润的重要途径之一。从制造商的角度研究和建立了以制造商为中心的分销网络模型，并进行了分销计划优化模型的研究，最后设计和实现了以制造商为中心的分销资源管理系统。DRP(企业分销资源计划管理系统)正式定位于解决企业面向市场时面临的种种问题。它结合了适合于企业分销体系的先进管理模式和最新的信息技术手段。以理性的数据为依据辅助企业决策，而不再是以感性经验来判断和管理企业。只有加强分销网络的管理才能真正发挥分销网络的最大潜能，使企业在竞争中立于不败之地。
