企业仓储管理中存在的问题及对策研究---以上海绿安仓储有限公司为例
内 容 摘  要
 仓储作为物流产业重要环节，降低仓储管理成本，提高仓储作业效率，已经成为热门的话题。如今，信息化及信息技术的应用对于降低成本、提高效率起着巨大的作用，国内外信息技术应用于仓储管理的差距很大。国内许多企业实行仓储信息化管理，但比较国外还有很大差距。
 本文档由引言、仓储管理信息化文献综述、上海绿安仓储存在的问题与对策研究及结束语四章内容构成。
 第一章对文档的选题背景、研究意义、研究方法及研究的基本内容进行了阐述。
 第二章对仓储管理信息化方面进行了文献综述。
 第三章以上海绿安仓储有限公司为例，以仓储管理信息技术为主，围绕仓储管理信息系统、员工、企业之间的联系等方面分析企业在仓储管理中存在的问题。面对问题，通过企业内部信息技术的软件、硬件的更新和企业与外部的信息共享来解决企业中存在的问题进行对策的研究。
 第四章对文档进行了全文总结并做了研究展望。

ABSTRACT
 Warehousing as an important part in the logistics industry, to reduce the warehouse management costs and improve the efficiency of warehousing operations, has become a hot topic of conversation. Today, information technology and the application of information technologies play a great role in reducing costs and improve efficiency, there has a big gap in applying information technology between the domestic and the international. In despite of many domestic enterprises put storage information management into practice, but there still have a long way.
 This paper is made up of the introduction, storage management information literature summary, the existing problems and    countermeasures from investigating of Shanghai lvan and conclusion.
 The first chapter discussed the background of the topic background, the research significance, the research methodology and the research content.
 The chapter two summarized the information of storage management.
 The chapter three gave an example of Shanghai lvan, for the warehousing management information technology, around the warehouse management information systems, employees, the links between enterprises, and other aspects of enterprise analyzed the existing problems of storage management. In the face of the problems, through updating their internal information technology of software and hardware , sharing the external information to figure out the existing problems and researching the countermeasures.
 The chapter four summed up the whole paper and prospected to do the research.
