基于供应链的库存管理和优化研究

摘   要

 库存现象在现实生活中是一个普遍存在的现象，库存控制是企业加强管理的重要内容。供应链环境下的库存控制是供应链管理的重要内容之一，由于企业组织与管理模式的变化，在库存管理方面也产生了很多新的理论。
 目前许多企业普遍存在着流动资金短缺的问题，其涉及面很多。然而，企业的物料储备资金占用过高却是主要原因。有关资料表明，企业的储备资金平均占用为流动资产总额的近40％。因此，为缓解企业流动资金短缺，提高企业资金的利用率，企业必须采用先进科学的库存管理方法，加强企业存货的规划与控制。
 本文共分三大内容，第一部分介绍了供应链与库存管理的概念;第二部分是常用的库存管理方法提出;第三部分是库存优化控制方法在A企业中的应用。
 首先，本文在综合分析供应链管理模式的基础上，根据我国A公司的实际情况，构建了适合A公司需要的供应链管理模式。本文在借鉴前人工作的基础上，借鉴己有的文献数据指标、以及选择方法的研究，构建了库存优化的模型，在供应链中的应用尤其是在A公司供应链中的应用意义重大。
 其次，对于库存优化问题，国外很早就对其进行了研究，但最初是关于单个企业的库存优化策略，随着国内外学者把研究重点都转移到了整个供应链库存的优化上，近期的研究重点也多集中在信息技术对供应链库存的影响，而本文对于A公司供应链库存的优化重点在于库存方法的研究，强调在实施科学的物资分类方法的前提下，对于不同类别的物资结合其市场结构实施不同的库存管理方法。
 最后，针对A公司供应链物资管理的特点，提出了库存优化及控制方法，运用一些科学的库存优化的模型，通过库存优化策略，找到一种迅速、有实效地解决A公司生产物料库存超储的实际问题的方法，大大提高了库存管理的科学性。

Abstract

 Inventory phenomenon in real life is a widespread phenomenon, inventory control is an important enterprise content management. Under the Supply Chain Inventory Control supply chain is an important part of the management, as corporate organization and management model changes in inventory management has also created a lot of new theories.
     The current domestic many enterprises widespread shortage of liquidity covers a lot. However, the enterprise's material reserve funds are the main reason they occupy too high. Relevant data show that the average enterprise reserve funds for the occupation of the total current assets of nearly 40%. Therefore, in order to ease the liquidity shortage enterprises, improve the utilization of funds of enterprises, enterprises must adopt advanced scientific inventory management methods to enhance their inventory planning and control.
     This paper is divided into three aspects, introduced the first part of the supply chain and inventory management concept; The second part is commonly used inventory management methods; The third part is optimized inventory control method in the application of coal enterprises.
 First, this paper comprehensive analysis of the supply chain management model, on the basis of China's Coal Industry Group's actual conditions, constructed for the needs of China's Coal Industry Group supply chain management model. In this paper, learn from their predecessors, on the basis of data from the existing literature indicators, as well as the method of choice research, the construction of the inventory optimization model in the application of supply chain particularly in the Coal Industry Group of the supply chain of great significance.
     Second, the inventory optimization problem, its very early abroad were studied, but was first on the single enterprise inventory optimization strategy, with a focus on the domestic and foreign scholars have shifted to the inventory of the entire supply chain optimization, recent research has focused more on information technology on the supply chain inventory impact of the Coal Industry Group and the paper supply chain inventory focus on the optimization method of inventory, stressed that the implementation of the scientific classification of goods under the premise of the different types of materials in connection with its implementation of different market structures inventory management methods.
 Finally, Coal Industry Group supply chain materials management features, to optimize and control the inventory methods, and use some scientific inventory optimization model, through inventory optimization strategy, to find a quick, effective solution to the current super-mine stockpiles of actual storage problem, greatly increasing the library the scientific nature of management.
